Interagency Council

The Interagency Scientific and Methodological Council (Interagency Council) is a consultative body for the support of the development of the system of the STI.


The main goals of the Interagency Council are:

- to develop the legal and methodological support for the creation, storage and dissemination of scientific and technical information, to form and use the information resources of NTI;

- to assist in the processes of creation, distribution and organization of the STI usage, the formation of STI resources;

- to assist in the conditions creation for expanding contacts between scientists and specialists through their participation in conferences, symposiums, seminars, exhibitions at the national and international levels.


Since August 2010, the SCST forms, reorganize or abolish the Interagency Council.
