Alexander Shumilin, Chairman of the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, visited a number of Minsk region enterprises that implement the projects within the State Program for Innovative Development for 2016-2020. One of such projects is "Reconstruction of Ampoule Production". It is implemented by the JSC "Borisov Plant of Medical Preparations".

The company is going to create a production based on a syringe filling in accordance with the international standards of GMP. In addition, two new technologies for the production of medicines are expected to be adopted and introduced within the project (the 5th technological structure): glucosamine (an analogue of Don, Rottapharm S.p.A.) and citicoline (an analogue of Ceraxon, Ferrer Internacional S.A.).

Alexander Shumilin also visited the CJSC “BELJI”, a small-assembly plant for passenger cars within his trip to the Minsk region. The novelty of the project is determined by the following technologies: the process of body welding using the latest welding systems with an adaptive regulator and painting with modern environmentally friendly water-based materials. The envisaged technology of applying paint and varnish coatings will be applied for the first time in the Republic. It is proposed to create a multi-level automated control system for the technological process.

At present, the construction of a plant for the production of passenger cars is at the final stage.
